Our Rice proteins are obtained through an enzymatic treatment performed on brown whole grain rice, which then undergoes a process of separating the protein from carbohydrates. During the process whole grain brown rice is grinded and minced to form a powder, afterwards mixing it with natural water. After that natural enzymes are added to break up and separate carbohydrates and fibers from the protein bulk of the mass and thus resulting in a digestible protein isolate.
